I am looking for women that would be interested in looking for a house together or a granny flat for myself.. I have returned to Australia after living overseas for 20 years and the prices of homes is far more than I expected.

I have had drama and am looking to lead a quiet life from here on out. I am intelligent and love debates about everything and anything. I am crafty and a tad bit OCD on keeping things clean and orderly. I trust people, to much at times, and believe in complete honesty.

I can be anti social at times due mainly to some health issues so I don't want people that are needy.

I don't drive so I am looking at places that are near facilities and bus routes.

I do require a private bathroom so if you are happy to share with one other I will take on a larger rent percentage. I will also need the internet that I would like to split in thirds along with the electricity and water bills.
