I am looking for somewhere to set myself up whilst I study and work before I find somewhere better to live when I can eventually afford it. I am reliable with rent as can be validated by previous roommates and realtors. I am usually quiet and kept to myself and will spend a very large amount of time out of the house working or going to class. As I am studying cookery i may be needing to use the kitchen every now and then but if we get along may provide food or prep ingredients for who ever I may live with. I am living outside of Tasmania for the first time in my life.
