Why I'm moving: I’m completely done with the slow, sleepy suburban lifestyle up north. I’m moving to the CBD/Northbridge because I want hustle, bustle, and to live in a modern, high-density environment. I'd prefer to not rot in a suburban liminal space anymore, I love the energy of a fast-paced city and want a flat that matches that momentum.
House Vibe Preference: Looking for a modern 2-bedroom apartment with just one other driven, independent person. I keep my spaces clean, organized, and uncluttered. (This is preferred, if there is >1 roommate then so be it)
