Cadence

I’m a uni student, studying a bachelor of music! I play piano and guitar but I’m not a noisy person. I’m really friendly and down for a chat with anyone but I do appreciate alone time too. I keep communal spaces tidy and respect other people’s belongings and time. I don’t mind having guests in the house (the more the merrier) and I’m never against having a party! But I’m not the type to throw one.

I work as a piano teacher so I’m usually out most afternoons and nights. I tend to go with the flow and don’t have any “rules” for flatmates I just expect to be treated with the same respect I treat them. I love animals but I don’t have any pets of my own :)

I think the main thing is paying rent on time, getting along, and respecting each other.
