Hi, as a UoN alumni, I am looking for a studio or 1 Bedroom. Location not fixed (drive to work anyway). Budget $400/wk.

I am a full-time Health professional with an additional part-time role on weekends.

Also as a triathlete, my lifestyle is very structured. I value a clean, quiet, and tidy living environment that supports my training and work routine.

I do not drink or smoke, no pets, no kids, no party.

Having grown up in Japan and Taiwan, and also studied in different countries in the US Japan, Germany, and Shanghai, I am culturally mindful, respectful of privacy, and easy to get along with.
