I’m a 27-year-old Korean woman with 7 years of experience living independently, and I’m a clean and tidy person.
I work full-time, and on my days off I usually go out to cafés or restaurants.
I don’t smoke or drink.

I would prefer a place with no minimum stay or a 1-month minimum stay.
However, if I really like the house, I’d be happy to stay long-term as well.

I won’t invite friends over often, but I’d prefer a place where occasional guests are allowed rather than completely prohibited.
I won’t have parties — I’d just like to quietly spend time in my room with a friend occasionally.
