Hi! I’m a 34-year-old man, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m sporty, polite, and I always make sure to respect shared spaces and keep common areas clean and organised.

For work, I sometimes travel and can be away for 1–2 weeks at a time, so the house can be nice and quiet occasionally. I’m responsible, considerate, and value a relaxed and respectful home environment.

I also own a van, so having a parking space available would be a big plus.
