I’m Jaha Yoon (Jay), a 28-year-old from South Korea. I moved to Sydney back in May on a Working Holiday Visa. Unfortunately, my current landlord is selling the house, so I need to find a new place to move into ASAP!

I work full-time at a warehouse with early shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), so I keep a very structured, quiet routine during the week. In my free time, I love listening to music and just chilling in peaceful spots to unwind.

I’ve been living between Erskineville and Macdonaldtown stations and absolutely fell in love with the neighbourhood! I’d really love to stay around here, so I’m ideally looking for a place close to Macdonaldtown Station, Newtown Station, or the Erskineville area.

A few quick details:
• Move-in Date: ASAP
• Room Type: Private room or Shared room
• Budget: Around $300/week (including bills ideally)
• Lifestyle: Clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m always up for a friendly chat, but I usually keep a low-key schedule due to my early work hours.
