Hi! My name is Bradey-Ann and I am a young corporate professional currently living in a shared house with three others and am now looking to move into my own space as I start a new chapter on my own.

Stability, comfort and a well maintained living environment are really important to me. I am very house proud and take pride in keeping my space clean, organised and well cared for. I like to be inspection ready at all times!

I am respectful of neighbours, mindful of noise and generally like to keep my space quiet and peaceful. In my free time I’m normally out with friends, reading a new book or doing something crafty.

I am employed full time in a stable corporate role and have over 12 months of rental history at my current property, where I initially signed a 12 month lease which was then extended. During this time, I have consistently paid rent on time and maintained the property to a high standard. I am happy to provide references to support this.
