I'm a 36-year-old newly single guy who works full time as a location manager of a funeral home. I enjoy living in a studio or room in a share house or similar. I'm a non-smoker with no pets, I do have kids but they won’t be attending my rental. My interests include music, playing guitar (quietly), sports (cricket and footy), and reading. I'm easy-going, happy, and funny, creating a welcoming atmosphere in my home.
At this stage, I am looking for a 3 month lease if possible.
