I’m 28 years old and currently doing my PhD in Adelaide. I’m pretty easy-going, respectful, and tidy, and I like keeping my living space clean and comfortable. I’m a non-smoker, don’t drink alcohol, and would prefer a place without pets. Most weekdays I’m out from morning until late afternoon, so I’m generally not around much during the day.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, reading, and staying active through sports. I’m not into drama or noisy households and really value a calm, clean, and respectful home environment.

I’d ideally like to live with people around my age who are considerate and also appreciate a tidy and peaceful place to live.
