I work full-time in business development and live a pretty active, balanced lifestyle. I enjoy staying fit, getting outdoors, and keeping a calm, tidy home environment.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and value clear communication and a peaceful living space. I’m not a big partier—more into early mornings, walks, and downtime after work.

I have a 4 year old Border Collie who is the best cuddler, and has amazing recall. He went through puppy school and I'm continued with his training since then.

I’m currently looking for a comfortable place to land for the next little while and would love to live with people who are considerate, mature, and easy to get along with.
