Hi, I’m Jayla, 18, and I’m moving to Perth for a fresh start and new opportunities. I’ll be working and plan to start university in January/February next year, so I’m looking for a comfortable and stable place to call home.

This will be my first time moving away from home and living independently, which I’m really excited about. While I don’t have any rental history yet, I’m responsible, reliable, and committed to being a respectful and considerate housemate.

I’m clean, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy going to the gym, focusing on my personal goals, and spending time with friends, but I’m also independent and happy doing my own thing. I value open communication, respect, and a positive living environment.

I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed household with people who are easy to get along with and respectful of each other’s space. I’m excited to start this next chapter in Perth and find a place where I can settle in, work, study, and enjoy the experience of living independently. I can also give you any references if needed! ☺️
