Hi there! I’m a 26-year-old postgraduate student currently completing my Master’s degree. I’m clean, quiet, and fully focused on my studies and part-time routine, so I'm looking for a peaceful, tidy home environment to match.
I’m very respectful of shared spaces, always clean up after myself in the kitchen and bathroom, and believe in open, mature communication. I value my downtime to recharge, but I’m always up for a friendly chat or sharing a coffee/tea in passing.
Parking & Location:
I have my own car and don't rely heavily on public transport, so I don't need to live right next to a train station! I am perfectly happy a bit further out as long as there is accessible, unrestricted street parking available nearby.
My Budget: Maximum $150/week (including bills preferred).
