I am a 45-year-old woman who enjoys singing, watching documentaries, and going for walks.

I am only looking for short-term accommodation at this point. If you want someone to stay for more than a month, I am not the right fit.

There must be car parking available (street parking is ok).

I work permanent part-time (25 hours per week) as a domestic cleaner for a company that provides in-home care to elderly and disabled people.
I am contracted to work 25 hours per week, but I sometimes work more than that (up to 30 hours).

I don't live paycheck to paycheck, so my rent is always paid on time.

I am excellent at conserving things - especially water.

I prefer a clean living space.

I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids.

I love animals, especially dogs.

I can't live with a smoker (this includes outside smoking).

I wear orthotics, so I must be able to wear my shoes inside the house (this is not negotiable).
