I keep to myself, very clean and tidy if ever I do make a mess I’m always ontop of it to get it done as early as possible to not effect anyone else

Would like large shed space and more then happy to actually sleep in said shed if it’s water tight

Very used to working for myself restoring old motorbikes and rebuilding engines, growing house/garden plants and running a small business, currently looking for work just hard as not sure where I’m moving too and don’t have my license ATM
