I am a 23 year old male who is moving from Victoria to Adelaide as I got a full-time graduate job in property valuation. I have been living in share houses for the last 5 years and are a clean, respectful individual. I enjoy socialising with house mates but also understand the importance of having time to chill and wind down.
In my spare time I enjoy exercising, going to the beach and look forward to exploring some of SA. Always up for a day trip to the beach or even a nice vineyard :)

I will be working 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday so won't be around the house during the day.

I enjoy travelling, sports (AFL + F1) and usually find me outside.

Looking for a place to move into within the next fortnight. Will most likely stay for over 12 months but would rather have a 3 months lease just to be flexible. Willing to discuss this though. Thanks heaps.
