My name is Saebit, and I’m highly interested in your room. I wanted to introduce myself briefly because I believe I would be an ideal tenant for your place.
I’m a 28-year-old Korean female on a one-year stay in Australia. Having run my own creative workshop back in Korea for two years, responsibility and cleanliness are second nature to me. I treat where I live with the utmost respect—I’m extremely tidy, organized, and always pay my bills right on time.
When I’m not out running or working out, I love making and enjoying a great cup of coffee. I’m a quiet, independent person who values a peaceful home environment, but I'm also very approachable and easygoing.
