Hi, I'm Declan, a 20-year-old male student currently based in Perth and looking for a room in a friendly and respectful household.

I have previous experience living in a share house in Perth as well as living as a boarding student in regional Western Australia, so I am comfortable sharing spaces, respecting house rules, and living cooperatively with others.

I am currently working towards a career in the electrical industry and am focused on my studies and future apprenticeship opportunities. I live a relatively quiet lifestyle, keep shared areas clean and tidy, and am considerate of the people I live with. I am reliable, responsible, and value open communication in a household.
