I’ve been living in Sydney for 2 months and I’m looking for a longer term place to stay (3-6 months). I’m looking to move in around mid August (can also be sooner or later). My budget is $350-400 week.

I’m looking specifically around Maroubra, as close to the beach as possible! I’d also possibly consider Coogee and Randwick for the right place.

Ideally looking for a good group of social people to live with. I am also keen to get into surfing more and start going regularly, so if you’re a surfing household then give me a message!

I enjoy socialising, going to the pub and going to gigs. I also enjoy nights in, cooking food, watching films, etc.

I’m very easy to live with. I’m clean, tidy and respectful. I’m also very considerate of other people’s space, privacy and routines.
