Hi, I’m Carl.

I’m currently completing my Master’s degree at Macquarie University and working part-time. I’m a friendly, reliable and tidy person who enjoys a quiet and balanced lifestyle.

I spend most of my time studying, working, exercising and preparing for my future career in accounting and finance. At home I’m quite relaxed, respectful and easy to live with. I value cleanliness, privacy and open communication, and I always make sure shared spaces stay neat and organised.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets and I’m not a party person. I’m looking for a long-term place where everyone is considerate and respectful of each other’s space.

I’m financially responsible, pay rent on time and treat wherever I live as my home rather than just a place to sleep.
