- geologist working FT (city + WFH)
- occasional travel to site + overseas
- just me and my little car (no pets, no "sleepovers")
- tech savvy - I have a Robot vacuum
- spare time I'm house hunting, gaming, spend time with friends, chill.
- I like home automation and a bit of DIY, but that's on hold for a bit. I also 3d print.
- never smoked, occasionally drink, but honestly not fussed if it's a dry house.
- have regular NPC and D&A tests as I go to site. Happy to show a long boring history of them.
- fully vaccinated and insured (lol)
- ideally I'd prefer to have a live in owner. I.e
just us 2. But open to ideas. Tbh our compatibility is the most important.
