My name is Ayesha Kodikara, and I am currently studying a Master of Agricultural Science at The University of Western Australia. My husband, Chathura, and I moved to Perth from Sri Lanka in February 2025 to support my higher education goals and build our future in Australia.
Back in Sri Lanka, we lived in and cared for our own home. Because of this, we understand the importance of maintaining a property to a high standard, keeping it clean, and treating it with respect. We appreciate the value of a well-maintained home and believe tenants should care for a property as if it were their own.
