I’m a 36-year-old male who has recently moved to Perth. I’m currently settling into life here and preparing to start a TAFE course while actively looking for work in the local area.

I enjoy an active lifestyle, including running, hiking, and playing ping pong, but I also really value a calm and quiet home where I can recharge after the day.

I’m tidy, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m currently not working, but I’m focused on study and building my career in Australia.

I’m looking for a long-term place in a clean, quiet, and non-party household with working professionals. I prefer a relaxed environment rather than a social or party-style house.

No pets, no kids, and I’m very easy to live with. My goal is to integrate well and keep a stable, peaceful living arrangement while I settle into Perth life.
