Hi, I'm David, a 48-year-old working professional relocating from Brisbane to Tasmania.
I've recently accepted a full-time position in Kingston and am looking for a comfortable room to rent for a few months while I settle into the area and search for a long-term rental or property to purchase before my family joins me.
I'm a non-smoker, very clean and tidy, quiet, respectful of other people's space and belongings, and easy to get along with. I work full-time Monday to Friday, so I'm generally out during the day and enjoy a peaceful home environment in the evenings.
I'm financially secure, reliable with rent, and treat any home I live in as if it were my own. I appreciate open communication and am happy to fit into an existing household, whether you prefer to socialise occasionally or simply enjoy your own space.
I'm looking for a clean, relaxed home where everyone respects each other. If you think I'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. I am hoping for 2 - 3 months if possible :-)
