Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private room in a share house around Melbourne.

My main priority is finding somewhere affordable and close to the CBD. Ideally, I’d like to stay within 10 km of Melbourne CBD, and the closer to the city the better. I have a car, so off-street parking is important, and undercover or secure parking would be a big plus.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place, preferably for a long-term stay. I’m flexible with the suburb as long as the location is convenient and the rent is affordable.
