My name's Evan & I'm a 27 year old Canadian man studying cookery at TAFE Joondalup, arriving 1 July. Love the outdoors, especially the ocean & am excited to make friends with likeminded people! As a roommate, I'm tidy, respectful, & easygoing. I'm also a native English speaker. I'd enjoy a house that's social, but am ok with a quieter, more relaxing home as well. Between school, work, gym & the beach I'll be out of the house most of the time. If you have a pet I'm happy with that too. While I'm looking for a room in a share house, I'm also willing to find a small apartment with someone if interested. I'm flexible with which suburb as long as it's somewhat near stations on the Yanchep train line &/or a beach. Happy to cook for the house sometimes as practice for my course!
