My name is Ashlea Rolls, and I am enquiring about this property on behalf of myself (age 29) and my daughter (age 12). Due to my daughter’s disability and the level of support she requires, I had to withdraw my employment in Melbourne, hence listing my current situation as unemployed. We have now made the decision to relocate from Victoria to Queensland with the goal of establishing long-term stability and building a strong support network with our family connections and support accessible that are already living in Queensland which will then allow me to return to full time employment once we have relocated.

I am a certified Integration Aide specifying in Autism but also have worked as a supervisor in supermarket retail. I understand applying and enquiring interstate does make me trickier than someone more local but I can assure you as a tenant, I am reliable, respectful, and take pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented home. I understand the responsibilities that come with renting and treat any property with care and consideration. My daughter and I live a quiet lifestyle, and we are seeking a long-term home where we can feel secure and become part of the local community.

My daughter and I would need a property of our own or a place that allows us to be seperated from another property to be willing to stay long term, although we would be open to staying in a bungalow or granny flat for a 6 month period.

I truly hope you can see past my situation and that it takes more planning but I can assure you we are looking to stay long term and would be happy to assist you with any concerns you may have.
