Hello, I'm Ru. I currently live in New Zealand but am relocating to Perth, Friday 24 July (move in date). I'm 23 years old and work in hospitality in Perth CBD so looking for somewhere either central or near (20min max drive to city). I work nights (7pm-early morning) so you'll have the house to yourself most evenings. I love the beach, swimming, animals, nature, bike rides, walks, sunshine, boxing, gym, adventure, and trying new restaurants.

I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, always pay rent on time (I set up automatic payments), and mostly keep to myself although I am social and love a good chat but also still appreciate time to myself. I also don't drink, vape, do drugs, or smoke weed etc. If you have animals then you have free childcare (me). I am very happy to take them for walks/outings or look after them (I used to foster dogs and grew up with them. I've also babysat my friend's cat multiple times.) I also enjoy cooking and baking so you are guaranteed some delicious food.
