I’m looking for a private room asap for the long term (at least 6–12 months, with the possibility of extending) in a cozy and welcoming home where I can truly feel at home and take good care of it. I'm not looking for a party house. I’d like to live in BONDI JUNCTION very close to good public transport connections, so I can easily get to Pitt Street within 20 minutes max. I’ve been told the train is usually the best option. I'm open to SURRY HILLS too!

A little bit about me. I speak 🇬🇧 English and 🇪🇸 Spanish fluently, and I have a degree in Digital Communication from Italy. I work full-time as a Marketing Specialist and Content Creator in the CBD (Pitt Street): Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and on Fridays I finish at 3:30 pm. I love food, music, spending time in the sun and going to the gym. I’m very easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
