Hi, I'm Vineeth — a finance professional originally from India, about to start a new role with a financial services firm in Brisbane.

I'm looking for a room in a shared flat close to the CBD, available from 18th July. I'm married and my wife is based in regional Queensland, so I'll be travelling back to see her most weekends — which means the flat will often be quieter than a typical weekday tenant.

I work standard business hours and keep quiet evenings at home — no parties, no smoking, and I genuinely prefer a calm household. I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and reliable with rent.
