I’m a 32-year-old construction professional moving to Brisbane to study an Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design while working part-time in the construction industry.

I’m looking for either:

* A private studio or 1-bedroom apartment,
* A granny flat, or
* One reliable person to share a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with.

I’m clean, respectful, easy-going, and financially responsible. I have a car, don’t smoke, and I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home.

My budget is up to $400 per week for my own place, or I’m happy to split the rent on a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with the right person.
