Mallory and Thuy

Hi everyone!

My wife and I are looking for a welcoming, long-term place to call home. We are hoping to find a room in a shared house located in the inner suburbs close to the city center.

A bit about us:

I'm Mallory, working full-time as a Business Analyst and currently in the process of being sponsored. I am reliable, quiet, and place a very high value on mutual respect and maintaining a considerate, peaceful living environment.
My wife is an international student (subclass 500 visa) currently studying patisserie. She is warm, incredibly tidy, and dedicated to her craft.

What we are looking for:

A spacious room: Since there are two of us, we need a room with plenty of space, ideally something comfortably large enough for a queen bed and our belongings without feeling cramped.

A nice kitchen: Because my wife is studying patisserie, a well-equipped and reasonably spacious kitchen where she can practice is a huge priority for us. (The major bonus for the house: you will absolutely be the lucky taste-testers for plenty of fresh pastries, breads, and desserts!)

A parking spot: We are hoping for an off-street parking space if possible, though we are flexible if safe street parking is easily available.

We are both financially secure, guarantee that rent and bills will always be paid on time, and take pride in leaving shared spaces cleaner than we found them.
