Hey! My names Tileah, I’m 22 originally from murwillumbah, I am a responsible, reliable, and respectful tenant seeking a long-term home. I am employed full-time at a service station, i have stable employment, strong personal references, and over two years of positive rental history. I take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented home and treating any property with care and respect. I am a non-smoker and have 1 well-behaved, fully house-trained pet. My 5-year-old cat, Pac. Pac is a very anxious but sweet boy, he’s very quiet and his affection level depends on the day but he’s got a beautiful heart and wouldn’t hurt a fly, he’s a completely indoor cat besides supervised time in the yard whilst I’m gardening. I understand the responsibilities of both renting and pet ownership and am committed to being a considerate tenant and or housemate who can communicate openly and look after the property as if it were my own, whilst making sure all parties are happy and comfortable. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle doing puzzles, art, watching any type of documentary and gardening with Pac. Durning summer I basically live at the beach when I’m not at work, I do enjoy a quiet drink with a vinyl playing while I do my art but is very quiet and non disturbing.
