Hi everyone! My name is Anis (22), originally from Germany, working full-time in construction/civil in Perth.
I’m non-smoking, reliable, extremely clean, and deeply respectful of shared living spaces. Because of my work, I keep very structured early-morning routines (usually out the door before 5:30 AM).

I stay active with gym and running, and I love cooking healthy, wholesome meals at home—so having access to a functional, well-equipped kitchen is super important to me! At home, I’m easygoing and tidy, and I always clean up after myself straight after cooking.

• Room: Fully furnished private room
• Budget: $200 – $350 / week (bills included preferred)
• Kitchen: Fully equipped shared kitchen where I can cook daily
• Move-in Date: Flexible throughout September
