We’re two friends from the UK on Working Holiday Visas, looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home while we settle into Australia.
We’re both in our late twenties and have been working for several years before travelling, so we’re financially prepared and have savings set aside for the bond/deposit and initial rent. We’re also actively looking for work in Australia and are ready to attend viewings immediately and move in as soon as the right place comes up.
We’re quiet, respectful, tidy, non-smokers, and used to living with other people. We’re looking for a place where everyone feels comfortable and the home is looked after properly.
Happy to provide ID, visa details, references, proof of funds, and anything else needed for an application. We’re planning to stay for a year and would love to find a place that feels like a home rather than just a short-term stop.
