We are two female visiting scholars from China studying at the University of Queensland. We are quiet, tidy and responsible tenants with no smoking, pets or children.
We keep the house clean at all times, pay rent on time every week, and respect the property. We plan to rent the whole house for around two months for our academic research.
We mostly stay focused on our study and research during the day, rarely throw parties or make loud noises. We will take good care of the furniture and facilities inside the apartment.
