My husband and I are looking for an affordable place to rent anywhere between Ringwood and Ferntree Gully. We're open to a granny flat, self-contained unit, studio, or even a private room.

We're both Filipinos, both working full-time, and we're simply trying to find a place we can call home within our budget. I work in childcare, and my husband works at Bob Jane.

We're a quiet, respectful, and clean couple who genuinely take pride in looking after the place we live. We mostly keep to ourselves, enjoy watching movies together, my husband loves playing guitar, and I love cooking. Because of our work schedules, we're hardly home except on Sundays.

We're on a very tight budget, so we know our options may be limited. Even so, we're hoping someone might know of a place or be willing to give us a chance. We may not have a big budget, but we promise to be reliable, honest, respectful tenants who will treat your home as if it were our own.
