I'm tidy, reliable, and easy to live with. I work full-time, I'm a non-smoker, and I'm respectful of shared spaces while also being happy doing my own thing.

I enjoy a good coffee or a beer and a chat with housemates, but I also appreciate everyone's personal space. Outside of work, you'll usually find me playing soccer, heading outdoors for a walk, playing computer games, or settling in for a good movie. I also enjoy a good board game night from time to time.

I have a 6-year-old Staffy x Collie named Loki. He's a friendly, goofy dog who loves both people and other dogs. He's lived happily with other dogs before but is also perfectly content as the only dog in the house, so he's adaptable to different living situations.

I'm looking for a relaxed, respectful home with easy-going people who communicate well and enjoy a friendly, comfortable living environment. I'm also happy to provide references from previous housemates or landlords if needed.
