Hi, I’m Tia, 23, from Manchester, UK 🇬🇧

I arrived in Perth on 9th September on a Working Holiday Visa and am currently staying in Kensington. I really love the location, so I’m looking for another house share in Kensington or nearby areas such as South Perth, Como, Victoria Park or East Victoria Park.

I’m looking for a private, fully furnished room, preferably with bills included. I’d ideally love my own bathroom, but I’m also happy to share with no more than three other people, provided the house and bathroom are kept clean and well looked after.

I’m clean, organised, respectful and easy-going, and I value living in a home that feels relaxed, considerate and comfortable. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, going to the gym, finding new cafés, spending time at the beach, taking photos and exploring new places. I’m always happy to have a chat, grab a coffee or try something new, but I also respect everyone’s space and would definitely prefer a chilled home rather than a party house.

I’m hoping to stay for around three months initially, with the possibility of staying longer if it’s the right fit. I’m currently getting settled and looking for work, with the aim of moving into FIFO in the future.
