Hey, I'm 25 and work full-time in scaffolding. I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful, and I always pay my rent on time. I'm looking to move in around 7 August and can provide payslips and bond straight away. I haven't got much rental history as I've mostly lived in share houses, but I'm reliable and happy to come inspect the room whenever suits.
