Due to constant increasing rents and independent living becoming impossible and financially impractical, I'm looking for a room to rent simply on a basis where I can safely rest and recharge in a respectful, friendly and quiet easy going household.
I'm reliable, straightforward and a very active professional where I spend all day in the city busy with work/gym/socials (unfortunately I can't sleep in my office), so I only need a room where I can rest at night and be on my way first thing in morning.
Ideally looking for long term stay and security.

Sharing a roof with strangers is not an ideal for anyone and trust & respect goes both ways, which is why mutual respect and transparency is imperative in order for housesharing to go smoothly. Therefore I'm looking for an owner/head tenant who is honest trustworthy and reasonable at all times to ensure stay is fair and pleasant for everyone.

Ideally looking for the right fit and someone who will appreciate and value the rare opportunity of having a housemate that is only there to rest at night, giving you more freedom and space in house while getting extra income. As I won't be there during day or using any of home appliances or shower (only a toilet and wash hands), I will request the rent to be adjusted and negotiated accordingly. My maximum weekly rent (paid in advance) would be as indicated above, this ensures the rent is fair and reasonable for the room arrangement, and I have a private room I can rest at night in a friendly peaceful household, while also providing you with all the comfort, enjoyment, privacy & stress free living that is exceptionally hard to find in a housesharing environment.
