Hey! I'm Charlie 😊 I'm originally from the Central Coast and I'm looking to make the move up to the Gold Coast later this year. I currently work as an SLSO and also run my own online fitness coaching business, and next year I'm hoping to start uni on the Gold Coast as well.

I'd say I'm super easy to live with! I'm clean, considerate and pretty low-maintenance. I always clean up after myself, respect everyone's space and like the house to feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm usually pretty busy with work, the gym, coaching clients or getting out for a coffee or a beach walk, but I'm always up for a chat, a house dinner or the occasional drink.

I'm hoping to find a place that feels like home with friendly, respectful people who enjoy a good balance of doing their own thing while also getting along as housemates. I'd love to live with people who are easygoing, genuine and value a positive home.
