Looking for a room — private room + ensuite, inner Canberra (from next week)

Hi everyone! I'm after a room to rent from late July, ideally for around a year.

A bit about me: I'm Australian, moving back home after about ten years living in the US, so I'm setting up in Canberra from scratch. I work full-time and my office is in Barton, so I'm looking for somewhere well connected by public transport — I won't have a car. I'm quiet, clean and easygoing: a non-smoker, I don't drink, and I'm not a party person. Outside work I'm into the outdoors (hiking, getting out of the city on weekends) and reading. I speak English and Russian.

What I'm after:

Private room with its own ensuite/bathroom
Budget up to $375/week
Areas: Anywhere easily commutable (bike or public transit) to Barton

Move-in late July, around a 12 month lease.
Furnished ideally, but flexible
