Jade Annee and Nick

Hi! We're Jade (32) and Nick (26), a couple who have recently relocated from Brisbane and are looking to settle in Townsville.

We're hoping to find a place for around 3–6 months initially, but we'd be more than happy to stay longer if it's the right fit for everyone.

I'm currently studying nursing and looking to secure part-time work while I complete my studies. Nick is a qualified chef with experience in the hospitality industry and is seeking work locally.

We're both easy-going, respectful, and take pride in looking after the places we live. We are smokers; however, we have always smoked outside our home and are mindful of keeping our living space clean and well maintained.

We're happy to provide rental ledgers, references, or any other information you may need.
