What I am looking for a in a roomie 👧

I am looking for a roomate this is respectful, trustworthy and can communicate well. It is important to me that my roomie is committed to their lease agreement and can contribute to providing a calm and safe home environment. I would ideally prefer a person who would like to commit long term but I am open to 12 months and then reassess.

I am a 32-year-old single women (loves pink) who works full time (department of ed) , and is a student, looking for a fresh start after living independently for 11 years in the Maitland area. I prefer living in the quiet where I can enjoy my organized space. I am a non-smoker and do not own pets or have kids. My interests include cafe hopping (autumn rooms is my favourite), reading my romance books, beach days, going to the gym, watching 90s TV series (they never get old) & patiently waiting for the right man to sweep me off of my feet. I am introverted and appreciate a calm space but would love to hang out with my roomie on the odd occassion trying new things in the area.
