Hi everyone! We are a friendly international couple arriving on the Gold Coast on September 3rd for our exchange semester at Bond University.

We are full-time students who are very clean, organized, and deeply respectful of others' privacy and shared living spaces. During the week, we will be entirely focused on our studies and university schedules, and on weekends, we plan to explore the local beaches and outdoor areas.

We are non-smokers, don't have pets, and prefer a quiet, relaxed, and friendly household environment over a party house. We are looking for a comfortable, furnished space for our 4-month stay where we can cook our own meals and settle in smoothly.
