Bec

I’m Bec, a 31-year-old single mum with two primary-school-aged kids and our ten-year-old dog, Carla. I’m easygoing, direct and studying mental health after finally finding the direction I want to take. We’re looking for a like-minded mum or small family to jointly lease a stable, pet-friendly home and start fresh.

The kids are affectionate, funny, adventurous and noisy as hell. They have loads of energy, regularly build obstacle courses through the house, and ideally need a yard with a trampoline.. or a human-sized hamster wheel.

We enjoy camping, bike riding, walks, reserves, random picnic adventures, card games, joke books, music and cuddles before bed. Screens are part of life, especially for weekend sleep-ins, but I prefer balance rather than unlimited technology.

Our rules are simple: respect each other, respect property and respect nature. I’m not looking for automatic shared parenting, but it would be nice to occasionally help each other, share meals or activities, and understand that some days are harder than others.
