I’m moving from England to Perth in September and am looking for a room to rent, with a budget of up to $400 per week with bills included.

A little about me:

* I’m 32 years old.

* I have a full-time job lined up, starting 14th September in East Victoria Park, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere with an easy commute to the area.

* I’ve been renting in England for over 7 years and can provide excellent references from previous landlords.

* I’m sociable, respectful, clean and tidy, and enjoy keeping active. Fitness is a big part of my lifestyle, so you’ll often find me at the gym or out exploring.

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed house share where everyone respects each other’s space but is also happy to chat or catch up from time to time.
