Hi there! I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible professional currently working part-time. I’m moving houses and looking for a self-contained granny flat or studio for a short-term stay of around 6 months.
It will be myself and my 14-year-old son. We live a low-key, tidy lifestyle—we are non-smokers, have no pets, and take a lot of pride in keeping our living space spotless and quiet. My son is in high school, and between work, school, and routine, we keep a regular, peaceful schedule.
